* Upcountry Fitness Course. Stretch and Tone with Eva Bondar will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Pukalani Community Center, meeting room. The course will be held Saturdays, Oct. 25 through Dec. 13. Early registration is open until Saturday. Exercises consist of pilates, yoga, toning exercises, and stretches suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
