THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Jan. 22 to 24. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Jan Carl Lewis Ceria, 23, Kahului; DUI (second offense), driving without a license, lack of due care; $1,250 in fines, plus fees, 240 hours of community service.

Nikki Hamilton, 19, address unavailable; DUI (under 21); $150 fine, plus fees.

Karin Larossa, 54, Austria; DUI; two-day jail term, $500 fine, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Casey Thompson, 44, no local address; DUI, lack of due care; two-day jail term, $300 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.
