Pharmacists from Times Pharmacy will be holding free, one-on-one medication reconciliation sessions to help reduce discrepancies and potential harm to patients.

These sessions will allow pharmacists to compile a list of all medications a patient is taking and compare it with physicians’ orders to ensure accuracy. Participants should bring all prescription and over-the-counter medication, vitamins and supplements to the appointment.

Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 20 at Maui Economic Opportunity at 99 Mahalani Street in Wailuku on the second floor.

Virtual appointments are also available, though patients must have access to Zoom and a computer with audio and visual capability.
