Police: Man arrested on suspicion of murder

A 63-year-old Lahaina man died after he was assaulted early Wednesday at the Sands of Kahana resort, and police later arrested a 20-year-old Lahaina man on suspicion of second-degree murder. According to the Maui Police Department, officers responded at about 5:31 a.m. to a report of an unresponsive man at the Sands of Kahana resort at 4299 Lower Honoapi‘ilani Road.
