The Maui Chamber of Commerce will host its 2026 Maui Employment Law Seminar from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Maui Beach Hotel. Lahainaluna named Hawaii’s first America’s Healthiest School

Lahainaluna High School has become the first school in Hawaii to receive an America’s Healthiest Schools award, recognizing its efforts to promote the health and well-being of students and staff. Maui Holoholo Bookmobile celebrates 10 years of service

The Maui Holoholo Bookmobile is celebrating its 10th anniversary throughout September by bringing books, technology and educational resources to communities across Maui. The mobile library will stop from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays at Lahaina District Court, 1870 Honoapiilani Highway, and from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursdays at Napili Park, at Honoapiilani Highway and Maiha Street. Veteran MPD officer pleads not guilty to sexual assault charges
