Vocational Service Award Winners to be recognized

On July 21, the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset will present the 2026 Vocational Service Awards, given annually to an individual, a nonprofit and a business for exceptional service to the community or club. Awardees are chosen for exemplifying Rotary's “Service Above Self” philosophy and serving as models of ethical behavior. The Maui County Office of Economic Development will present the Lahaina Homecoming Career Fair from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 17 at Lahaina Cannery Mall. Free caregiver safety workshop set for July 30

Ohana Care Maui will host a free workshop July 30 in Kihei to help family caregivers, seniors and care partners safely assist with everyday movement and transfers. “Safe Transfers Save Everyone” will be from 4 to 4:45 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session, at Holiday Kalama Heights. Maui Rotary clubs plan Paint Party Friendraiser

The Central Rotary Clubs of Maui will host a Paint Party Friendraiser from 4 to 7 p.m. July 16 at Lokahi Pacific Pono Center in Wailuku.
