Letter carriers to hold Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive on May 9

The National Association of Postal Letter Carriers will be collecting nonperishable food donations from customers on May 9 as part of The Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. The event marks the 34th anniversary of the largest one-day food drive in the nation. Donations will go to local food pantries to provide food for people in need. Lahaina Community Land Trust opens homebuyer portal for fire-impacted residents

The Lahaina Community Land Trust has launched a homebuyer portal aimed at helping Lahaina-rooted residents begin the process toward permanently affordable homeownership. The portal, available at lahainacommunitylandtrust.org/comehome, allows residents to submit an intake form that places them in the pipeline to potentially purchase a future LCLT home.
