Marsha Ann Erenia Leonani Shepherd, 64 of Kahului, went home to Jesus on August 14, 2019 while surrounded by her loved ones at Hospice Maui Hale. She was born on March 8, 1955 in Wailuku. Marsha Ann was a self-employed seamstress. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, caring for others and sharing the love of Jesus. George was born in Pukalani, he was a retired hydrologic technician for the USGS, a veteran of the U.S. Army and member of Makawao Hongwanji. Private services held. No koden. John Seeley, 91, of Kihei, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, August 17 after a long battle with renal failure. Originally from New Jersey, born July 15, 1928, John enlisted in the Navy at 17 and served as a Corpsman, proudly attached to the 5th Marines in San Diego, Guam, and North China. John moved to Maui in 1993, and instantly fell in love with his island home. He showed his aloha ʻāina by becoming involved in a variety of volunteer work.
