Edwin Eddie Kaliko “Pops” Naeole, 83, of Kula, passed away on January 5, 2017 at Kula Hospital. He was born on August 14, 1933 in Haiku, Maui. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Ballard Family Mortuary, Kahului, service will begin at 7 p.m., and cremation will follow. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kathy Raikes, age 53, after a courageous battle with depression. Kathy grew up in Kelowna, BC with her 3 sisters and brother. Her life changed direction when she married Harry and moved to Maui the very next month where they have lived for the last 29 years and raised 3 wonderful children, Andrew, Daniel, and Emily.
