Quit your sniveling, America. Instead, recognize we’re living in the most spectacular time in history, including our economy, the likes of which the world has never seen before. Road washouts in Kula still serious problem

So, we are about to start the third calendar year that the two major road washouts in Kula continue to be a serious problem. One is on Kekaulike between Waiakoa Road and Alae Road. This is a state highway, but the blinking lights on the cement barriers don’t even work. The other one is a county road, by Rice Park. Also, lights not working.
