DOH confirms fifth cyclosporiasis case
The Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed the state’s fifth case of cyclosporiasis this year in a military member based in Hawaii who had traveled internationally and to another state reporting increased cases. Officials have not determined where the infection was acquired, but said the risk to the public in Hawaii remains low.
