Collins, has been selected as the closing feature of the Honolulu Rainbow Film Festival on July 12 at Hawaii Theatre on Oahu. Lottery distributes $50,000 in gift cards to Lahaina workers, businesses

Hawaii Community Lending, Kaibigan ng Lāhaina and the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii have completed a lottery drawing to distribute $50,000 in Amazon gift cards to Lahaina workers and small businesses impacted by the August 2023 wildfires. The virtual lottery included representatives from Hawaii Community Lending and Kaibigan ng Lāhaina. Recipients were drawn from impacted families served by the organizations. U.S. Sen. Brian Schatz of Hawaii has introduced bipartisan legislation that would require clear labels and disclosures on digital content generated by artificial intelligence.
