SBA extends disaster loan deadline for March storm recovery
The U.S. Small Business Administration has extended the deadline for homeowners, renters, businesses and private nonprofit organizations affected by Hawaii's March severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides to apply for physical disaster loans. The new deadline to apply for physical damage loans is Aug. 13. The loans are available to those impacted by the disaster that occurred March 10-24 in Hawaii, Maui and Honolulu counties.
