Thomas James Partyka, 64 of Kula, Maui passed away on November 21, 2016 in Wailuku.  He was born March 23, 1952 in Michigan. A Celebration of Life will be held at Hale O Na Kaula Church, 262 Anuhea Pl, Makawao on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 10:00am. Thomas is survived by his mother, Ruth Partyka; two sisters, Shirley McCabe and Nancy Coxe; daughter, Kim Partyka; two sons, Tommy and Kevin Partyka; granddaughter, Kaya McEntire. He is predeceased by his father, Elmer Partyka.

Patrick Sylva, 42, of Kula, passed away on November 14, 2016 at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He was born on March 17, 1974 in Wailuku. He worked at the Pukalani Golf Course as Lead Maintenance. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului, service will begin at 11 a.m. Family requests casual attire and to please limit flowers to lei only. Curtis Yoshimoto, 64, of Lahaina, Maui passed away on October 27, 2016 under the care of Islands Hospice and with his loving family.  He was born on July 7, 1952 in Wailuku, Maui.
