Until all people on planes are required to be vaccinated, no matter who, and all doors and windows are mandated to be open during business hours in all buildings, the virus will continue to plague us.

If you can’t or don’t want to be vaccinated, don’t get on a plane, and don’t allow the people into the state.

Airborne means that the virus spreads through the air. Are bathrooms well vented, as feces is a source of the virus? Are offices, government buildings, stores, markets, etc. required to have all doors and windows open, or are they equipped with UV air filters?

If there is no air ventilation or air flow with fresh air, then the building is a COVID-19 source.

Get real: Mandate open doors and windows and masks for all businesses, and let’s require all tourists and returning residents to be vaccinated.
