The Maui County Office of Economic Development has extended the application deadline for its grant program for fiscal year 2027 to 5 p.m. May 15.

The program supports projects, programs and events that create a positive and sustainable economic impact across the county. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted online at mauioed.submittable.com/submit.

Officials said applicants can submit their requests without required state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs documentation due to ongoing maintenance of the state system. However, selected applicants will need to provide the documentation before receiving funding.
