Primary election ballots expected by July 21

Hawaii voters should receive their 2026 primary election ballots in the mail by July 21, according to the state Office of Elections. Voters must sign the ballot return envelope for their ballot to be accepted. Completed ballots must be received by 7 p.m. Aug. 8; ballots postmarked by the deadline but received later will not be counted.
