Organizations serving Kahului can apply for a share of $150,000 in residency area grant funding included in Maui County’s fiscal year 2027 budget. Child Support Enforcement Agency launches upgraded system

The Hawaii Department of the Attorney General’s Child Support Enforcement Agency has completed a major technology upgrade and launched its new KEIKI child support platform. The system became fully operational July 20 following a 2.5-year modernization project. Officials said the transition did not interrupt child support services or agency operations. County to offer wildfire recovery grants for workforce, public services

The Maui County Office of Recovery will launch two competitive grant programs to support workforce development and public services for residents recovering from the 2023 Maui wildfires. The funding opportunities, offered through the county's Hoʻokumu Hou program, are open to nonprofit organizations and government agencies providing recovery-related services to wildfire-impacted communities.
